They can give you an unsecured personal loan in 24 hours.
They can give you extra medical problems such as stress etc.
They give you extra bank charges.
And they say" the bank that like to give you EXTRA"!
They can give you extra problems and they don't like facing their customers, instead they sit down, press a button and relax for the rest of the day.
When I opened a current account I was told that I cannot get an overdraft or get overdrawn, so my first payment in March was due, I didn't have enough in my account, my account was overdrawn by £37.00.
Next one was due, didn't have enough so they took it out later in the month.
I shot down to Halifax and according to the head office, April has not been paid so there is a payment missing and they are not doing anything about it.
My motor was due I took out £100, handed it to my finance co, because I thought Halifax would take the money instead, went to the cash machine and the screen stated "£89.00P overdrawn.
I visited HALIFAX HQ and I told them the problem and the receptionist told me to go to the branch across the road and even though the HQ is where all the problems start.
The HQ is where all the repayments go.
I have paid a total of £1500 in charges in 4 months, they charge you for cashier service, what next?
I am seeking legal action against Halifax because now they are going beyond a joke.
I am leaving Halifax and taking my business elsewhere.
