Good Points

Good choice of vehicles, very organised. The salesman out on the lot was helpful and knowledgeable - not pushy.

Bad Points

The whole experience went downhill once we had chosen a vehicle and arranged for P/X and collection the next day - we were very close to walking away. There are regular tannoy announcements proclaiming that all cars have full service history - we were assured that there was no history yet for our chosen car as one was not yet due (because mileage was not yet 10k). We were further assured that they would be undertaking a service themselves in accordance with the manufacturers spec, as they do for all cars. However a service is due at 12 months regardless of mileage and their 'service' turned out to be just an oil change and check of fluid levels. After payment, you are directed to a collection point where we handed the only key, which was not a remote. We were assured that this was the master key and that remote locking was an extra on this model (pretty basic car). We have since found that the master key is missing and it will cost a couple of hundred pounds to replace, and that remote locking is standard!
Follow up complaint to recoup the cost of main dealer service and master key has not yet been acknowledged.

General Comments

There may be a small saving to be had over dealer prices, but I would pay this for better service and peace of mind in future. We were only after a small cheap runaround so weren't too fussy (and a bit naive/trusting) but would not recommend this place. At the very least, check the history book and number of keys before agreeing any purchase!
