Uses normal granual coffee, no need for buying special coffee. Turns your ordinary coffee into cappuccino.
Bad Points
The mechanism gets coffee into it which turns damp from the steam then solidifies, making the mechanism impossible to use. I've returned 2 of these units and my brother has returned one due to failure. There is no way to access the insides to clean.
General Comments
This machine works brilliant, very easy to use, if they had made it so you could access the mechanism to clean it would be 10 out of 10. This item failed after approx 300 uses.
