Good Points

lovely villa with James villas - always good. Playa de muro appears to be an extension of the alcudia strip - beach is superb and not too crowded, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, noise has to stop at midnight - but bars carry on inside or with the glass doors closed.
Lovely clean swimming pool with views of nature reserve.


Bad Points

lots of lakes and water around hence lots of mosquitoes - be prepared!!
Burger king, KFC, Pizza hut signs around resort.
Not much late night life for adults that don't want hotel or karaoke type entertainment.


General Comments

Overall Iberostar Playa de Muroa is a nice clean resort, if you want something livelier try Magaluf.
Family orientated resort with lots of hotels many all inclusive.
Mosquitoes and noise from power station could bother some.
Also very bad smell usually in the morning of sulphur.
