It has more power than the 4.2. It tows a 20ft caravan very well. Good to drive and the auto is excellent around town. Also for towing. Would have another one.
Worst point is I find that it does pull slightly to the left. I am told it is a Nissan problem. But my previous GQ 4.2 did not.
