General Comments

I ordered a gas BBQ from Outdoor Toys Direct, in plenty of time for my daughters 18th Birthday. The website claims next day delivery if ordered before midday. I confirmed that there was plenty of items in stock, and that they would deliver the next day.
So, I paid my money (£249.00), and I waited in the next day for delivery.
Surprise surprise, they failed to turn up. When I finally got through, after being placed in a massive queue, I was told my BBQ would definitely turn up on the following Tuesday.
Again, no show. I vented my anger again after having been placed in a very long que, (yes, I should have realised that hundreds of people were complaining).
After speaking to a supervisor, I was told that my order would definitely be there the very next day, as I had been prioritised, and an overnight carrier would arrive on June 1st in time for the party.

They kept their word. Well, partially... a BBQ was delivered, albeit the wrong one, and it was smashed to smithereens!!! To cut a long and very boring story short, I have now got a full cash refund, but they have been a nightmare to deal with. There are much better companies about!!!
