Customer service insisted that I book the Super Shuttle 3 hours before my flight, instead of 2 hours as I requested. The shuttle turned out to be an hour late anyways. After picking me up, the driver drove to other locations to pick up more passengers. In the end, he was speeding to the airport at an alarming rate and we got to the airport at the expected time.

Unreliable and somewhat dangerous.
