I am currently renting through Hunter and Reeves. They initially managed to sound very professional, but it was all down hill when they produced a typewritten receipt for the two months advance deposit that I paid (such an unauthentic piece of paper for such a huge deposit-that no other agents ask for?) when we insisted on getting a proper receipt, the staff was really rude- and finally only issued us a photocopy of a letter on letter headed paper specifying the details of the deposit... so do they not have proper receipt slips??? I wonder..... also they never bothered to see to it that all the items as specified and promised before the signing the contract was fulfilled... were already living in the house, but the furniture, equipments, carpets are still undone/ half done...
I would never recommend them to anyone... its too much of hassles and money and no peace of mind...
