Good Points
Arnold Clark do a good deal on Vauxhall cars.
Bad Points
Customer services appalling - rectifying faults on vehicle - non existent.
General Comments
I purchased a Corsa sxi 1.2 from Arnold Clark dealership in Salford, in February. I had the car one day when it developed a fault on the engine management it took over a week to fix. From new the brakes have screeched. I have lost count of the times I have reported this fault, only to be told that every car does this and that it's the tyres that are at fault.
Having had an engineer from Continental Tyres check my car, he informs me that tyres do not grate metal on metal (which of course we all know). I have again reported this fault to Arnold Clark who seem reluctant to admit the brake fault and don't seem to want to return my calls or book my car in for repair. I have been told to go else where. It would appear to me that Arnold Clark are only interested in your money and selling you all the services deals after that your on your own.
