They pass your personal bank account details to other companies

    General Comments

My vistaprint online purchase was fine, however watch out for your bank balance afterwards.

Vistaprint appears to have signed me up to their affiliated 'rewards clubs' for £10 deduction per month. I did not notice until four deductions from my bank account had been made.

It seems that if you do not send some kind of unprompted rejection, you get signed up and your bank account details are passed to these rewards companies who after a 'trial' period start charging per month. You do not receive any newsletters to remind you that you are a member of the rewards clubs so they can keep happily taking your money every month.

I strongly advise against using Vistaprint for these reasons.

I have exactly the same problem as J3cc with unauthorised debits from my account...I called Vistaprint on June 15th 2007 and spoke to customer service agent whom categorically assured me that the "full" amounts they took would be refunded to my account and that there would be no further necessity to contact my credit company.......Yet now my account showed another deduction of £9.95 on June 22nd! They started this in February of this year and I am now down to the tune of almost £50.00. I informed my credit card Saga that this is theft and must cease immediately and they say they have taken action...What do I find today? Another debit in favour of VPRewards on my July statement for £9.95 !!! This is so annoying.. I'm wondering if trading standards can do anything...It's a pity because I like the product but I don't trust them anymore....Pass the word about these thieves my email is galloconnect@hotmail.com
