Bad Points
Where do I start. Cannot change cover (damages very easily, especially the screen), awful signal, drops calls for fun, iffy software, will show it is making a call but isn't, activates Bluetooth (draining the battery) for no apparent reason, screen reflects light making it difficult to read.................
General Comments
Don't even think about buying one of these. I got mine on a free upgrade but feel well and truly robbed. And yes, it has been back to Philips for appropriate remedial maintenance. Yuck!!!

I chose the Philips Fisio 820, although the Sony-Ericson T38 looked much nicer (IrDa + bluetooth) but this one was too expensive.
