The bus turned up - eventually.
Long waiting time and poor information.
Used Super shuttle at JFK to get to and from a hotel in downtown NY. Hopeless. After breezing through customs, it needed three phone calls and a 45 minute wait before the bus arrived. With a 2 hour journey to the hotel, not good news. For the return journey, they were more than half an hour late. The concierge at our hotel called them 'StupidShuttle' - it's a common problem he claimed and they don't get any better. Never again.
