Lots of them, namely bad service, misleading advertisement, poor condition chalets, customer service non existent, complaints procedure non existent.

General Comments

Without a doubt Pontins Blackpool is the worst place anybody could want to go to relax and enjoy a holiday, with or without children a complete and absolute waste of money, time, and consideration.
