Home hub works well
Customer service is beyond terrible.
This is the 6th week that we have phoned BT Connect Broadband www.btconnect.com to complain of no connection, on the phone for at least an hour.
They say, "Very sorry it will be done by next week" every time. Nobody knows what is going on. When we finally got through to the tech dept they put the phone down on us, it was ten o'clock by then and we had been on the phone for and hour and twenty.
They charged us £300 service charge for not fixing any problems and when they admitted it was a mistake the 'refund' went on to credit on our account rather than back into a bank account. So not only do we have no broadband but are 300 down for this month.
