Hi Guys, I am here to brief about my experience with Rayner Property www.raynerproperty.co.uk, Ilford......
Only word I have to say is NEVER NEVER take a property from them. First thing they have a high administration charges, Rayner estate agents have no etiquette....If you don't take property from them, they will call you time wasters....Moreover they claim that they don't negotiate on the property but if you start negotiating with them, you will be surprised.
As a part of administrative fees they charge 1 week rent, reference fees
