Good Points

Considering we have stayed at a number of hotels, all of which are five star rated in Egypt. By far, our stay on the Nile Festival was the best, unobtrusive, very pleasant and most importantly, we didn't have to reach for our wallets to tip them to be nice to us. Speaks a lot for the manager and his team.
They were very accommodating to our request for vegetarian food and we had as much choice as the others. Wake up calls, invites for lunch and dinner were done without any special request for the same, which quite impressed us. The bathrooms were superb, my son wanted to move his bed in there. The rooms were cleaned twice a day, housekeeping staff made some really cute towel bunnies for us and cleaned very well.


Bad Points

The rooms tend to get a little too hot and the cooling was insufficient, though the maintenance person was prompt in attending to our complaint, however it hardly made a difference since we couldn't control the temperatures to our requirement.


General Comments

Would definitely do it all over again.
