Good screen. Easy to use. Fully featured. Can't complain about any of the components inside. They have all worked fine.
The keyboard is falling apart and Sony won't replace under warranty. Can't believe they haven't even looked at it. The Sony VAIO BX gets very light use,hasn't been out of the country. I've spoken with friends who have Sony laptops, we have several through work and it seems that despite the good quality, their customer service and warranty service leaves much to be desired. wont be buying Sony again. I have an HP laptop for the same period of time and its perfect still. they also bundle a lot of trial software that needs to be purchased after 30, 60 or 90 days.
Good PC shame about the after care service and really poor customer services department. Could do a lot better.
