As we Germans in the UK need to think about the ones 'in the old country'; my grandma turned 87 the other week, and I ordered her a bouquet of flowers via the Germany Flower Shop website, but it never got there. And even two weeks later, the customer service department did not offer compensation, regrets or so much as a refund. Only when I told them I would dissuade my friends from using their service further did they get back to me saying that I could a) have flowers redelivered or b) my money back. Not even a hint of a compensation, even though I described the nature of the bouquet delivery.
Anyone sending flowers to Germany - make a heartfelt choice and look elsewhere, as the Germany Flower Shop have no heart at all!
