Good Points

Prices are good, website is user friendly

Customer service is atrocious.


General Comments

When we ordered the climbing frame / swing set we were not told they were moving warehouse thus there may be a delay in delivery and secondly once they moved they did not tell us it was out of stock. After repeated calls and being held in a queue for >15 minutes all you get is "someone will call you back" or the phone number of the supplier which the supplier then advised us should not have been given to us. We have received no apology and there is no recognition of any fault on their part. The '10 day delivery' is rapidly approaching 5 weeks and we're still not convinced the goods will actually turn up.
