Bad Points

This company has not delivered goods within the time scale indicated. They have not contacted me with a reason why. I have waited up to 35 minutes to get through to customer services only to be told to contact the manufacturer directly. All my emails to customer services have been unanswered.
They took my money immediately and have since washed their hands of me.
They have not contacted me as stated on their web site to ask if I wanted to continue the order after 28 days.
They will not contact me to refund my money.


General Comments

I wish I had read the the comments of others before placing an order. I will never use this company again and, from my experience, would advise others to avoid this company.
