Good Points

It's fairly light and at first has amazing suction (that changes over time).


Bad Points

Suction goes away FAST and over very little time. It makes a terribly VERY loud noise anytime it hits fringe on a rug or picks up something. Accessories/attachments absolutely useless.


General Comments

This is the 3rd time I am returning this Dyson to Sam's Club. That means it has broken down 3 times in less than a year, and this last time, only after using it 3 times. It makes a horrible noise and it sounds like it will burn up. I read that this vacuum has a lot of issues so I made sure to buy it at Sam's as there is an open return policy (thank goodness when buying Dyson vacuums).

Please be careful when buying this vacuum that you can get a refund on return ...
