Low utility bills
Solid bottom prevents rodent infestation
Bad Points
Constantly needing repairs. The plastic pump covers disintegrating. Plan on calling in for repairs at least once a month (if not several times per month).
General Comments
We originally loved our spa. We still love it, when it works. We did not start having problems until it was 10 months old. Once the problems started they have not stopped. Although the dealer has come out to try to fix the problems every time we have called, the frequency of needing to have the Arctic Spas Cub Ultra spa inspected and repaired have taken away from its once relaxing qualities.
I can not recommend this product to anyone based on our experiences. This is an expensive lemon to be stuck with. Warranties are great, but that does not mean much when you want to relieve your aching muscles, and open up the hot tub and discover it is not working yet again.

I think you must have just been very unlucky. My cub has been great for 2 years and never an issue. After my purchase three of my friends have also bought arctic hot tubs and to my knowledge none of them have had any issues.
Yours unfortunately seems to be that rogue model that slipped through - hope it gets sorted.
