Good Points

Great views, thats about it.


Bad Points

For a 5 star resort, I would give it a 1. Lets start with at certain times the food not being covered properly, therefore flies feasting on the buffet, you also have to ask for an iron and ironing board that took 2 days to get after several request. Also if you need to use the safe there is a $2.00 a day charge which I refused to pay. The so called fridge has no temp control, when I called the front desk I was told it's meant for keeping things fresh not cold, thank you for the fresh but not cold beer I had to go purchase 40 mins away!! I also had to request a "DO NOT DISTURB SIGN". The soap dispenser in the shower was also empty, yet another call to the front desk. I have been to plenty of resorts in the U.S., Mexico and Costa Rica with this being the absolute worst, I requested to speak to the manager of this so called resort to let him know everything wrong with the place. Also very important to keep away if you are allergic to bees. Being that many fruit cocktails are being served there is an infestation of bees near the bars, with 2 bee hives above. All this taking place on our honeymoon. My wife ended up getting stung by a bee for her first time in her life. I would not recommend this place to anyone.


General Comments

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Next time I will pay extra to stay at the 4 Seasons or Villa Sol in Condovac, the beach is also much nicer in Villa Sol.
