Easy to use. The desktop software is very intuitive.
Crashed after barely over 1 year and hard resets cannot solve the problem. All Palm Technical Support could do was to advise to buy another one!
I purchased this one because my earlier Tungsten E had stopped to work (power button dead), also just after one year of use. Never again will I go Palm.
