Decent picture quality for the price. I got my camera on sale for $200, I think it usually runs around $250-$300. Great price for what you get. It's very small, comes with optical zoom and a large viewing screen. It's easy to use, instruction manual really isn't necessary for basic use.
It comes with a flash that most Sony cameras have, the pulsing flash. There might be a way to change it to your basic flash but I haven't found a way to (then again I'm not one for manuals). I looked at all the flash options and they all have the pulsing flash, it's great for pictures and you won't have people with red eye but it's annoying. The program included with the camera sucks. I don't use it. If you have another program you can upload your photos to I would recommend using it as an alternative. The one supplied just isn't set up well, it's not easy to use and basically a pain in the butt. I gave up on it after about 15 minutes.
Buy the Olympus FE-190. You won't be disappointed. Despite the bad points get it!
