Good Points

Style is definitely a good point in this LG refrigerator. It looks great in titanium with the gray matching sides.

Bad Points

Shelves are hard to adjust. The bracket holes don't match up[. The bins in the door are not easily adjusted also. The doors don't shut easily you have to make sure and push them in.

General Comments

The fridge looks great. I purchased it at Grant's appliance and it hasn't worked from day 1. The freezer never worked and we've never been able to get ice from the ice dispenser. I was trying to get LG to exchange it for another one but I was denied saying they'd repair it. A tech was sent to my home and said it needs a new evaporator, which will take a week to order and 4 hrs. to install. I explained to LG that a 4 hr. Repair is unreasonable for a new refrigerator that has no food in it and has never been used and that they should replace it. I was denied replacement. I then tried to get Grant's involved and supposedly they spoke to the LG rep and said they would replace it but there aren't any in stock. I'm still waiting to hear from Grant's as to when my defective fridge will be replaced. I feel as though I am getting the run-around from Grant's. LG was horrible with their customer support. Grant's offered to give me a different appliance but I still prefer the LG design. I am very dissatisfied with LG and will never purchase any of their products because of their poor customer support. I 'm hoping Grant's comes through for me, but that remains to be seen.
