Good Points

None the company is just rubbish


Bad Points

Just about everything FRIDGE does not like the summer months thats when the fridge section stops working as the non existent automatic defrost never works as it gets clogged up with ICE and i have to switch off the machine to defrost it


General Comments

Bosch have been absolutely rubbish 1st machine failed 49 days the replacement has started playing up at 9 months later the engineer does not have a clue the customer services are as bad as the machine.
I don't recommend this company and any products they produce, this is the most expensive Fridge Freezer I have ever bought and without doubt the worst.
Had to threaten court action and refuse the 1st machine under not fit for purpose, the second is no better, as for service they might get to you after a week what are you supposed to do with all the spoilt food.
