Lengthy waiting time
Poor quality food
Small portion
No acknowledgement to letter of complaint after almost a month
Took 15 year old grandson to Brewers Fayre in Glenrothes for a "treat". Waited 35 minutes in what appeared to be an empty restaurant for the meal, after asking what had happened to it. My grandsons portion was meagre to say the least. I wrote and complained to the manager, and after almost a month, I have not had so much as an acknowledgement.
