terrible customer service
I will not buy anything from Debenhams on-line ever again. First, I could not arrange courier service, I called 5 times! After that I was not refund for a month, because they could not locate the items. Having that experience, next time I sent the items by post. Again, they don't know anything about the items and want me to send them a proof of posting. It is not hassle free return service, I'm spending money and nerves every time I want my money back. The worst costumer service possible.
