Poor service
Slow installation
Their sales tactics
We were trying to get a fire alarm system on our warehouse. It has been over 1 and a half months, and we are still not approved. They have been slow to respond, and have made excuses as to why it hasn't been completed. If ADT would've told us in advance it would take this long, we could have made alternative plans. Now we've lost thousands of dollars.
When I tried to get out of their "guarantee", they only said it was if there were hardware issues. I told them that they hadn't even installed the system. I will now file a formal complaint. This experience has ruined my perception of any sales person and ADT Security Systems.
