Very friendly, quick and very impressed with the work.
There was no pay on site, no secure payment process, but they did cater for Paypal, which I used and it worked fine.
I choose Image Restore www.image-restore.co.uk over the many other Photograph Restoration companies I saw because the content on their site was varied and showed me what they could do. I looked through loads of sites and I just felt that they knew their stuff.
