Good Points

Overall, what was received of the product works apart from a colour fault which does not stem from the monitor used but something in the tower case itself.

Bad Points

Several paid for items were not included in the order including a DVD drive, an advertised vista voucher and an extended warranty. When asked to rectify this staff were rude and uncooperative. 8 weeks on and still these issues have not been addressed.

General Comments

I was shocked by their unwillingness to rectify their error. The Computer Shop would not itemise the order and ignored my requests for the missing parts for the past 8 weeks.
If you do buy a custom pc from here, be sure to make a careful copy of what you ordered.
