Good Points

Looks good, both ovens have good "A" energy ratings, rotisserie cooks well.


Bad Points

Quality of build, total absence of after sale service, despite purchasing expensive extended warranty.


General Comments

This was bought as a "premium" product. It has been very disappointing and I would not buy again. The door seal on the large oven broke away and we had to wait several weeks for another and had to fit that ourselves. At the time of writing we have waited in excess of seven weeks for a repair to one of the gas rings. We have written, faxed and telephoned but there is no sign of the repair being undertaken.

In other reviews people have wondered whether this Company is about to go out of business. I have had the same thoughts
