The hotel was extremely clean and well kept - it was attractive from the outside, with healthy plants and a well kept drive and entrance. The hotel was cleaned thoroughly everyday and kept in tip top condition.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - they could never do enough for you. The receptionist helped us with all our needs in order to give us a better and more comfortable stay. The waiters and bar staff were fantastic! They really made the holiday. If it wasn't for them, the holiday would have been good, but not as great as it was. We didn't want to leave, because we missed them all. Over the duration of the holiday, we became really close to them. They provided us with fantastic nightly entertainment, with dancing, which they involved the children, who thoroughly enjoyed it and wanted to keep getting involved. Delicious food was served every night - with the choice of either the fresh buffet or the beautiful food from the menu. There was so much choice from each.

The swimming pool was the cleanest I had ever been in and was warm - very enjoyable and large enough for everyone to get in.

The views from the balconies were fantastic - we had the view over Marmaris and they were glorious. We could see over Marmaris and the beautiful scenery of the hills/mountains. It was extremely pretty and very green.

The only faults with the entire hotel was that the gym was too small, but it was still usable and that the hotel was situated near a mosque, and if you had the windows open, it would wake you up in the middle of the night.

Club Viva Hotel is a hotel we would definitely recommend to anyone - whether you were a couple or a family, large or small. It is perfect for everyone - with great entertainment, food, staff and views. It was our first time to the hotel and Turkey, and we are already trying to book up to come again in October. There was clear signal for any networks, though they were Turkish networks, but you could still phone somebody or text them. The apartments were kept very neat and tidy - nothing of our belongings went missing or was put out of place, they were respectful towards our things. The cleaners were polite and knew when to come and not come and clean our rooms. Our apartments had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - the kitchenette had everything, two electric hob rings, kettle, pots and pans, many plates, cutlery and cups/glasses. If you really want to enjoy Marmaris and have a greater experience on your holiday - you really should stay at Club Viva - we really enjoyed ourselves and miss it terribly.
