General Comments

Peter James Estate Agents is poor, they have not acted as I thought throughout the process of the sale, I have found if you call you have about a 50/50 chance of getting the call returned.

I feel that they have failed to act in my best interest from the start, have even tried 3 times to speak to a director to raise my concerns and have finally been told that he will not speak to me!!

As there are plenty of estate agents in Blackheath / Greenwich there is absolutely no need to sell through these people, if you're lucky and have a straight forward sale they're probably as good as any, but when the going gets tough I have found you're on your own.
