DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Worst seats possible even though paid 4x face value; ticket delivery late; and customer service appalling.
Web site looks good and claims to offer premium tickets for all events, hence the significantly higher than face value ticket price. I understand that all ticket vendors have a mark up and I expect to pay a high price for premium seating. But I ended up paying more than 4x face value for the cheapest seats in the house! In fact, I could have bought the same seats today at face value or less, or even better seats for less than we paid for them. Coincidentally, the tickets only arrived today (4 days before the gig) after I chased them yesterday. My guess is that they took my money (I booked on day of ticket release) and waited until the last minute to buy whatever they could get hold of cheap and pocket the rest. When I called the UK office to complain, they weren't remotely interested. I've called the European head office and, not surprisingly, the manager is unable to speak with me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They totally misrepresent the quality of the tickets that they sell, even though quote..."Our prices can be substantially higher than the original ticket price as they reflect the cost of obtaining premium seating." Premium seating - what a joke!
