General Comments

I was told by Tenants Loans Information www.bad-credit-loans-for-tenants.co.uk that the loan I require was waiting for me and all I had to do was pay the arrangement fee. After the fee was paid, they then they came up with an offer of a third of my requirement if I have a guarantor!!
Tried to call them. After 30 minutes of "you are in a queue" I decided to email as the message said you can email at cumtomerservices@tenantonline.com. the email bounced back and could not be delivered. Had a mail saying to ring another number and that was also a waste of time listening to another recorded message for 30 minutes (your call is important to us, please wait and a customer services representative will be with you shortly) as so on.
My advise to other persons is DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read these reviews prior to making the application.

    I had a similar problem with YES LOANS, they accepted me for a loan amount, took £49 admin fee off me, then their 3rd party company wouldn't offer me the amount, total rip off in my opinion. Don't use Yes Loans.
