Price, Accurate, Handling
Considering the price there are none.
I bought my SS1000H from Cheaper Than Dirt 6 months ago for approximately $150.00 including shipping and handling. All I can say is if you have an extra $150.00 laying around pick up one of these beauties while they last. Hell, pick one up even if you don't have a spare $150.00!
This air rifle is manufactured in China, and compared to some of my other air guns from Europe the workmanship is only slightly less. After buying the gun the only thing I had to do was take a jewelers file to some rough edges around the breach of the gun. Other than that, the bluing was better than I had expected (considering the price). Since the gun didn't come with iron sights I was a little concerned with the quality of the scope( I mean, how good can a scope be on a air gun that cost $134.00 before shipping?). After putting over a 1000 rounds through my rifle, I must say that I have been pleasantly surprised by it's continued accuracy. It initially took only about 15 pellets to sight it in at 20 yards and recently I re-sighted it in at 50 yards. Not at any time has the zero changed. I have hunted ground squirrels with this rifle and I can say that it is more the up to the task, knocking them dead with head shots out to 30+ yards. I have found that Beeman Kodiak or Crosman Premier pellets shoot the best from this gun.
Overall I really enjoy shooting this rifle, so much so that I have talked 3 of my buddies into buying one. My only fear is that after the word gets out on what a bargain this gun is, that the price will go up.
