It does what it claims, the support staff are helpful and calls are free.
Haven't found anything to complain about so far.
We had endless problems with our previous ISP (Orange) and decided to go with Waitrose for three reasons -
The company has a good reputation to maintain.
Profits from the broadband service are given to charity.
Calls to the service engineers are free.
We had a couple of small problems at the start which were both sorted out quickly and courteously and the service is now working perfectly.
