General Comments

Casino Royale takes itself way too seriously. Not many chances for a laugh. This is a Bond that suffers. He gets tortured, betrayed, makes tabloid headlines... That may be why women like the film -apart from the 6.5s scene where you get to see Daniel Craig's pectorals... The plot wants to be very serious too: we're talking terrorism money, saving all those lives! Very serious stuff... In a word, this film is ridiculous, even the baddy isn't in control of anything, he even gets wacked... Bond is dead I'm afraid, please invent something new.
