I ordered a hot tub from CC Sports & Fitness last August, and I waited for delivery. Finally, I tried to cancel after 15 weeks of waiting and very little feed back from the company, except when threatened with Trading Standards. I would have lost the £1000 deposit. I re-ordered when I was told the tub was in stock and could be delivered quickly. This was eight weeks ago, and I have still received no hot tub! Customer service are not very good at getting back to me regarding information about delivery.
