Good Points
Lighter. Sounds nice and loud. Improves power output low down. Smoother gear-change. Removable baffle for more noise and power (where legally allowed!). Easy to fit.

Bad Points
Not cheap.

General Comments
I took a chance on buying an aftermarket exhaust for my BMW F800ST and my horse (or horse power!) came in. I went for an alloy sleeved slip on, as I don't like the carbon look and couldn't justify the extra money for the cosmetics of titanium. All three types have the same stainless steel internals anyway. As the new Euro III emission regs are now in play, exhausts now typically include catalysts, hence are a bit pricier. This can is well worth the money though as it is a quality piece, can be fitted in minutes and personalizes your bike. Most dramatically, the performance increase is very noticeable and satisfying. The bike is definitely quicker off the mark, sounds better and even gear changes are smoother. Remus' product spiel also includes the fact that their exhausts are mapped to the fueling of the stock bike, so you don't need to go for an expensive re-tune or Power Commander type device. Plus, the new exhaust is half the weight of the BMW item. Why haven't you bought one already?
