Friendly and helpful on the phone - this got the sale as far as I was concerned. Was also flexible on package when selling me a hard to get Wii, so I was very happy.
General Comments
After tiring of bad and even rude service at other shops, I was very pleased to get good service and generally some respect from G Force. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
