Sympathetic delivery driver.
General Comments
I have had the most awful time with Parcel Line. I had two parcels containing a drum kit which I paid extra to receive on their Saturday morning delivery. Neither arrived Saturday morning. Then one arrived Monday morning. After a lot of chasing up I discovered that the parcels had been separated and one sent to Bristol by mistake. They could not find a way to get the parcel to me on the Monday, even though I only live 1 hour away and were completely unhelpful on the phone.
One little boys birthday ruined!!!!
I would never recommend parcel line in a million years.
