Quite a simple interface, once you get going, things get really easy to do on there. It doesn't slow things down much.
If this is the first photo editing program you've used then it won't be a problem, but I used to use Corel Paint Shop Pro and when zooming on a photo you only had to use the scroll wheel on your mouse, this has a 'navigator' which takes a bit of getting used to.
As I said, I used to use Paint Shop Pro, I still find it easier to use but Photoshop runs better for me, and probably a lot of others, Photoshop 10 takes about 30 seconds to load and be ready for what I needed to do, PSP still takes at least 2 minutes to be ready. It takes slightly longer than PSP to get things the way you need them for each picture as well but in the end, I prefer it.
