Seems to be quite price friendly, seems to stock popular range of products but....


General Comments

I stumbled across thehut.com via the net and well I wish I never did now - the reason being is that I made an order with them and it took about a week to arrive, fair enough. OK, once i got the DVD here is where the problem starts.

I was sorely dissatisfied with the condition of it. When I opened the disc and checked it, there was many marks around the underside of it. The other side with the picture on the disc I noticed a long sharp scratch from the left to right.

When I played the movie, about three thirds of the way, the movie kept skipping around, the picture was distorted and the movie could not be bypassed at this point. I also noticed the case of the disc, there were many scruffs and scratches and what seems to be stickers that have been torn off from the front and back of it. This to me, seems that I was sent a damaged and used version.

The movie/case had not been sealed nor shrink wrapped.

I emailed the hut.com about this and requested a refund/replacement, to this day I have not had any contact from them regarding this matter, I am very disappointed and will never shop with them again.
