They provide good value for money with excellent support services including phone support.
Bad Points
Not enough on site information. They need to build up their knowledge base for customers to research.
General Comments
We support 200-300 clients throughout the year. We deal with a massive number of hosting companies as a result. Of all of them, the most reliable and responsive have been Hostdime. So much so we now have 4 dedicated servers with them ourselves.
Their hosting control panel is CPanel.
They have ticketed support with response times within an hour.
They have phone support with immediate response times.
Downtime is minimal.
I have worked closely with them in a number of extremely stressful situations and they have come thru with flying colors.
AND they are the only company I know of that you can talk to Management. Not only that - their Management listens.
You can't ask for more.
