Good Points

The pet hairs mechanism works well on carpets.


Bad Points

Everything else. Falls over when using the hose. Bought the Hoover because of the pet hair mechanism and the hard floor mechanism. It is useless - if it isn't blowing the hairs around the floor it's picking it up and chucking it back out in hundreds of little bits which the stupid thing won't pick up again!! I HATE IT and am going back to my good old Henry. Also no customer service from Hoover, they are useless and Comet.
