Bad Points

Used to have a flight cancellation at Heathrow, queued 1.5 hours to rebook my flight. There was not enough personnel to deal with this situation
SAS charge for any drinks and food, this is a massive cheek, considering the exorbitant fares they charge for their flights.


General Comments

I don't recommend to fly with SAS! This airline offers bad service, unfriendly staff and excessive fares.
