Bright.
Lots of space.
Staff who look down their noses at you.
Obviously untrained staff.
I went into My local store as a last resort to buy a Birthday gift for my Dad.
I decided to have a wander around, as I never think of going there, as it's a bit out of the way.
I watched with horror as a (so-called) beautician at Debenhams applied an awful cosmetic make-up to a customer. Then when she finished, she started her horrific artwork on another customer. For fear of causing a scene, I left. I so wanted to ask her where she had done her training. I am a qualified Health, Holistic & Beauty Therapist. She never once asked if the client had any allergies, had no idea of skin colours that suit what colours, eye colours that were SO striking. Awful. But most of all was the vital "Cross Contamination". The same brushes & sponges were used for every client. Alarm bells rang.
